At JCB-TBI Faridabad, the mentorship process initiates by carefully selecting industry mentors with pertinent expertise and skills. Flexibility is key, allowing mentors and mentees to determine the frequency and format of their interactions. Regular feedback is encouraged to ensure alignment with objectives. Mentor selection involves aligning with key performance indicators and needs, with mentors classified by domain areas. Startups are matched with mentors following application evaluation. Together, they establish clear goals. Engagement sessions facilitate one-on-one mentoring sessions as needed, fostering meaningful mentorship relationships and supporting startups’ growth journeys.

The Mob Association at J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, is an Almuni-student-led organization that fosters innovation, creativity, and skill development among students. It often focuses on activities such as coding, robotics, machine learning, and other tech-related fields, providing a platform for students to collaborate on projects, participate in workshops, and enhance their technical skills through practical exposure. The association frequently organizes events, hackathons, and competitions to encourage learning and networking among students.

Rajive Gulati served corporates, State and Centre Government, United Nations & Intergovernmental Organisations for more than 37 years. His art of joining dots at academia where innovations and creativity by youths can impact the society has made him popular among the startup ecosystems as many startups got accelerated in different domains including assistive technologies. He is pioneer in creating many sustainable models for innovators which he calls as “Playground for Startups/ innovators”.
